FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU OFFER LOGO-ONLY DESIGN?
Our work is centred around building distinctive brands rather than isolated logos. If you are looking only for a logo, we may not be the right fit.
DO I NEED TO HAVE EVERYTHING FIGURED OUT BEFORE I CONTACT YOU?
No. You don't need a finished brief, complete strategy, or fully formed idea. Bring us what you have. We'll help define what the project needs from there.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I INQUIRE?
We'll review your project, timeline, and needs. If it feels aligned, we'll get in touch to arrange a conversation and discuss the best way to move forward.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRAND DIRECTION AND THE BRAND WORLD?
Brand Direction establishes the strategic and creative foundation, the belief, worldview, position, character, and direction behind the brand.

The Brand World takes that foundation further, turning it into a complete identity and a distinctive world through belief, worldview, character, codes, and rituals. In simple terms:

Brand Direction finds the point of view.

The Brand World gives it a form.

WHICH SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
If you're unsure, that's completely fine. Tell us where the brand is today and what you're looking to achieve. We'll recommend the engagement that makes the most sense for the stage you're in.
DO YOU WORK INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across different locations and manage the entire process digitally.
CAN I WORK WITH YOU ON JUST PACKAGING OR A WEBSITE?
Yes, depending on the project. We can work on individual brand touchpoints when there is an existing brand foundation strong enough to build from. If the foundation needs to be developed first, we'll recommend starting there.
HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE?
Every project has its own timeline depending on the scope, touchpoints, and level of involvement. Your exact timeline will be outlined in your proposal before the project begins. We take on a limited number of projects at a time so each receives the attention it deserves.
HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
Each design stage includes two rounds. These are intended to refine the work within the agreed terms. Additional revisions may require additional fees.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
Payment terms depend on the size and scope of the project and are outlined clearly in your proposal and agreement. The project begins once the initial payment has been received. Final files and ownership transfer are provided once the final payment has been received.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH PROJECTS?
When our schedule allows, priority projects may incur an additional fee. We prefer to give each project the time and attention required to do the work properly.
