How does payment work?

Projects require a 50% deposit to hold your spot in our calendar. Once you give final approval on the brand designs, we send you an invoice for the last 50% of your project’s cost.

Can I customize a package?

Most elements of each package we serve are essential; however, our packages are flexible to your needs and budget. You can customize the package selected to meet your specific needs.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans for all packages. We can split the payment into 3 or 4 milestones to make the investment easier for you. Most are split across the duration of the project.

How many revisions do you offer?

We allow up to 2 rounds of revisions on each design step, which will be outlined in your timeline. If you want to add more revisions, there will be a $50 charge added to your final bill for each extra round

What is creative direction?

Creative direction is the visual plan we develop before designing. It sets the mood, style, and aesthetic direction to guide all creative decisions during the design phase.

What is a brand guideline?

A brand guideline is a document that outlines how to use your brand’s visuals, like logos, colors, and fonts, to keep everything consistent across platforms.

What is included in brand strategy?

Brand strategy includes your brand’s core foundation, such as brand positioning, target audience, tone of voice, values, and overall direction for how your brand should be seen and felt.

What type of files do you deliver?

We deliver high-quality files in multiple formats, including PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and vector (AI or EPS), ready for both print and digital use.

What is the Shopify platform?

Shopify is an e-commerce platform that lets you build and manage your online store easily, handling everything from products to payments and shipping in one place.

Do you purchase my Shopify plan and domain name?

No, your Shopify plan and domain name are not included; you’ll need to purchase those separately. However, we’re happy to guide you through the process and recommend the best options for your needs.

What is not included in the website package?

The website package does not include branding, brand photography, website copy, domain purchase, or Shopify subscription fees. These services can be arranged separately if needed.

Can I get support on how to use my website?

Absolutely! We provide 2 weeks of post-launch support to guide you through using your website and getting comfortable with it, and to help with any questions along the way.

What is social media creative direction?

Social media creative direction is the visual plan we create before designing your templates. It defines the style, mood, and layout approach to keep your content consistent and on-brand.

Does the social package include content strategy?

No, the social package doesn’t include a full content strategy. It focuses on the visual design, like templates and branded assets, not the planning or writing of your content.

What social platforms do you create designs for?

We primarily design for Instagram and Pinterest, but we're happy to adapt the visuals for other platforms. If needed, just let us know what you're using.

Does my package include video content creation?

No, video content creation is not included in the package. Our focus is on static visual design, but we’re happy to recommend trusted video collaborators if needed.
